Bournemouth Christian School is an Ofsted registered school based in Bournemouth, accepting students from school year 3 to school year 13. There is a global transformation in education today and because the information is now free due to the availability of the world wide web the need to full children with facts and figures is no longer necessary.
At Bournemouth Christian School, there is a shift from teacher-centered teaching to pupil centered learning, where teaching is conducted in an online format. The use of 21st century technology means that children are fully dedicated to their work and develop skills in critical thinking, analysis and creative problem solving.

About Us
Mrs Cheryl Hill is a qualified teacher who has been involved in individualised Christian Education for more than 15 years in South Africa. She now resides in the United Kingdom having taught in an independent Christian school in Lincolnshire for two years where she was the acting Head Teacher for one year.
Seeing the need for a Christian School using an individualised curriculum in Bournemouth she relocated to Dorset with her family and started Switched-On Christian School with her own two children, using a very exciting online curriculum, now being utilised within the School.
